Custom decorated sugar cookies start at $56 per dozen. Final pricing depends on the amount of detail, colors, and designs in your order.

Each cookie is hand-decorated with care — often using multiple icing layers, color blending, airbrushing, metallics and sometimes even custom cutters or edible prints.

If you’re working within a specific budget, just let me know! I’m happy to suggest design adjustments to help keep your cookies both beautiful and affordable.

Full payment is required up front so I can gather all the fun things that make your cookies special — the cute cutters, fabulous sprinkles, vibrant colors, and perfect packaging.

If payment isn’t received within 48 hours of your invoice being sent, your order date may be released to the next cookie lover in line.

Your payment also secures your pickup date (and by date, I mean cookie date — not a night out… unless you really need one 😉).

I use a direct-to-food printer, which means I can print almost any image right onto a cookie — from photographs and artwork to logos and custom designs. Your cookies will look as amazing as they taste!

All pre-sales have a specific pickup date and time window — be sure to mark your calendar so you don’t miss the cookie fun!

For custom orders, pickup days and times are arranged when you order (because, let’s be honest, everyone needs their cookie fix). Pickup is at my home on the west side of Carpentersville, IL — the exact address will be shared once your order is confirmed.

Delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Carpentersville for a $15 fee. I don’t mind a little drive… especially if there’s a Starbucks on the way ☕😉. If you live further than the 10-mile radius, we can talk.

Once your cookies are in your hands (thank you, by the way!), their safety is up to you — keep them cool, secure, and far away from the dog. I’m a baker, not a miracle worker!

No-show = no cookies. 🍪

Your cookies are made fresh for your pickup window, and missing it means your order will be forfeited. A 30-minute grace period is built in, but after that, your cookies will be donated to a family in need (because kindness — and cookies — should be shared).

If you need to reschedule, just reach out at least 4 days in advance so I can make it work.

And good news — if your event changes, sealed cookies stay fresh for up to 3 months in the freezer!

Weather Clause: If weather makes pickup impossible, I’ll seal your cookies for a later date. Refunds aren’t available for weather delays (thanks, snow!), but your cookies will stay safe and delicious until you can grab them.

As a licensed cottage bakery, I can only ship within Illinois — though I always prefer to hand-deliver your cookies myself when possible!

Shipping cookies can be a bumpy (and sometimes warm) adventure. While I pack each order with extra care, occasional breakage or smudging may occur and is considered a non-refundable risk when choosing shipping.

All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, but please note that weather or postal delays can affect delivery times. Once tracking information is provided, any lost-package claims can be submitted directly through USPS.

Usually, I ask for at least 2 weeks’ notice so I can gather all the cute cutters, colorful icing, and perfect packaging your cookies deserve.

That said, I know cookie emergencies happen (we’ve all been there!). While I can’t guarantee every last-minute request, I’ll always try my best to fit you in.

Orders with less than 6 days’ turnaround may be subject to a $25 rush fee — because beautiful cookies still take a little magic (and caffeine). ☕✨

Any pictures you send as inspiration will be just that...inspiration. I would never want to directly steal someone else's work. Your cookies may not be an absolute replica. but I’ll try to keep themes and colors close!

Copyrighted images (think Star Wars, Disney and Cocomelon) are protected and I won’t be able to replicate these baked goods. Who wants a cookie controversy, right? I can make a similar color palatte though so let’s talk.

Eenie Meenie Order Minimums (okay, it doesn’t rhyme — I’m a baker, not a poet! 😉)

I require a minimum order of one dozen for standard-sized cookies (about 3½ to 4½ inches).

Need fewer cookies? Keep an eye on my social media pages for pre-sales, market events, and pop-up shop announcements — that’s where you can snag individual cookies or smaller sets without a minimum order.

Because every cookie is custom-made (and a little work of art!), I’m not able to offer discounts based on quantity. Each one takes time, care, and a steady piping hand!

I am a certified cottage baker with the Kane County Health Department. This means I bake, decorate and package everything in my home kitchen. My kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free. (Boring disclaimer, but I have to say it per the law.)
